Titan Barbershop

I understand that no-call, no-shows and last-minute cancellations may result in lost income for Titan Barbershop. I understand that all cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance by calling or texting Titan at 719-472-4819, except in cases of emergency. If proper notice is not given, I agree to pay a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total of services initially scheduled. If this a no show occurs, I agree to pay 50% of the scheduled service cost, unless due to an emergency. In the event of an emergency, I will contact Titan by phone or text at 719-472-4819 no later than 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I understand that failure to do so will result in a no-call, no-show fee. I understand I must call Titan at 719-472-4819 if I am running more than 5 minutes late to give notice, and I understand that if I am running more than 10 minutes late I must reschedule my service and pay a late fee at my next appointment. I acknowledge that this policy helps protect Titan’s time and income and ensures fairness for all clients.
